"I've been a member of CHRA since 2002, I joined initially when I moved to Denver from Houston and didn't know too many people. It was a way to professionally connect with others in the HR arena. Over the last 6 years I've moved into working as the Communication Chair on the Ambassador Committee which has provided me with an opportunity to work closely with other HR professionals and build relationships which have served me well over the years. CHRA provides great networking opportunities, informative Monthly Member Programs where I can obtain HRCI recertification credits and PDG's which always provide current information on the ever-changing topics which are so important in the human resources field. The membership fee is well worth it for me and for my organization."
